Bo Thomas is a student and teacher of what inspires peak individual and team performance. Having invested nearly four decades of intense study and research as a university professor, psychologist, coach, organizational consultant, and leader of transformational change, he is uniquely positioned to write during this unprecedented and historic moment for leadership and leaders. 

The co-author of Real Dream Teams, Bo now writes about leadership, Reinventing Leadership: Leading to Inspire a “Better Normal”. Here he examines leadership after 2020 when four unprecedented forces converged to forever change how we think of leadership and what leaders do. He argues that current leadership models are broken and the magnitude of what we learned requires no less than a reinvention of leadership to create a “Better Normal.”
